looking for a stuffed chickent cultet or roll recipe with ground meat, anyone have one?

I found something in one of the pesach cookooks
8 sllices ckicjken cutlets
Meat Filling:
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion (grated)
1 egg
1 Large potato (cooked and mashed)
1/4 t. black peper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 T oil
Sauce:
3 T oil
2 onions (minced)
2 carrots (grated)
1/2 t salt
2 T potato starch (diluted in 1/2 cup of water)
Use a meat tenderizer to flatten cultets for rolling process
Filing: combine all ingredients and mix until mixture is smooth and stiff
Place 2 T of filling in center of each cutlet
Sauce: Heat oil in a large saucepan. add onion. Saute' onion with salt in oil until trnaslucent. Add carrots and continue saute'ing for 5 minutes until soft. Add diluted potato starch and saute' until the consistency is thickened. Place filled roll in sauce pan, seam-side down. Grtadually add water to cover meat parially. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.

Chicken cutlet
Like shnitzel
Dip in egg ans then in ground nutts
Fry till its golden
