The store near me is now selling walnut oil for more than 50% less than it was selling for before Pesach. Can I stock up now for next year it will it go bad? The expiration date is for after next year Pesach.

Nut oils can get rancid easily. I don't think I'd keep it unless I could store it refrigerated.

Don't. Walnut oil will go bad.

Use it during the year to bake cakes.

I did it last year and the oil was fine. Just store in a cool, dark place.

If the bottle seal Is not broken it stores well. I ve done his more than a few times.

I found it gave challah an unpleasant taste but I'm very particular about how certain things taste.

Use it something sweet and chocolately. Like brownie.

I have kept a bottle from year to year many times and never had a problem. The expiry date is always 1.5 years from manufacture, so that covers the next year too - as people said, keep it somewhere cool and dark.
