IF My friend drives MY car with me in it
as a passenger , and g-d forbid she gets in a accident
whose insurance is responsible?
she says that her insurance is responsible and I can sue her.

It goes on the insurance of the owner of the car. This happened to me once. My friend paid the deductible, but it went on MY car's record.
