I'm using white whole wheat flour this week. I usually use regular white flour. Do I need to adjust my usual recipe or can I keep all the measurements, and ingredients the same?
Thanks!

you might need to add some extra water, but you'll see how the dough looks. some people add gluten to whole wheat challah, helps it rise (ww flour has less gluten than white flour)

Thanks for the much needed tips! Also, where would I find gluten? Will the health food section in a supermarket suffice, or will I only find it in a health food specialty store?
Thanks again
