Midtown food and laundry

My husband is adjusting to commuting via bike and subway to midtown manhattan. He doesn't have much time to leave the building for lunch and it is hard for him to carry healthy options the whole commute. Does anyone know of a grocery store with kosher options in the midtown 35th and 9th neighborhood that delivers. Does anyone know of a laundering service so he can keep work shirts at work and commute this summer in something more comfortable? Thank you for your help.

Isn't Mom's bagels nearby? see if they will deliver yogurt and stuff like that.

as far as laundry, look online for places close by. there should be tons. specially near hotels
