I'm on a diet and I bought spaghetti squash .
I was told to scoop out the seeds and bake it.
I'm dissappionted. It's no spaghetti... just tasteless crispy strands of veggie.
now I have a bowl full of squash strands.
any idea what to do with it?

I know doctor suggested I try that with my kids
It's really an aquired taste..
My mother pours spaggetti sauce and sprinkles cheese... honestly still tastes like squash

the name of the product is so exciting... I'm a big starch eater so I figured spaghetti squash... how bad can I go.... I think I'll have to --- it

You should add something to it, don't eat it plain. Spaghetti sauce, cheese. Look online for recipes. Some people seem to really like it.

I like it! It has to be cooked well though, I think. I buy it once in a while since I went on weight watchers 2 years ago.
You can put in margarine and onion powder/salt.
Personally, I add imitation bacon bits to it!
