I do strength training a few times a week and I used to go jogging also. It's way too hot for the jogging outside so I'm looking for a dvd that I can do at home. No zumba, please. Thanks!

I had great results with Billy Blank's Tae Bo "Amped" series. I got such an amazing workout, and definitely felt/saw a difference in my body. He uses a bar (for extra weight/intensity) in his videos, but all the exercises work amazing without the bar too.

I have a collection of Denise Austin DVDs. My daughter and I wake up early every morning and have a great workout. We feel great all day!

Denise Austin is a great instructor, but you gotta be able to tolerate her personality. You either love her or can't stand her!
