I usually take small white/yellow potatoes or fingerlets potato and put some olive oil on them. I either spice it with rosemary or sprinkle both garlic powder and paprika, and bake at 400
I would like a new idea.
anyone have suggestions?

process some onion and garlic in food processor and add to your baby potatoes with rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.
or Classic english roast potatoes
peel and quarter some regular potatoes. Cook about five minutes till a little soft, but not very. (maybe more then 5 minutes) empty water, put lid on pan and shake so potato edges are rough.
heat some oil in roasting pan in hot oven (400) for a few minutes, add the potatoes with some salt and pepper and cook till crispy. (about 40 mins I think.)
