I think I'll make:

Fried Crispy Fillets of Sole
Either Mashed-Potatoes or Baked Sweet-Potatoes
(In the end, I was to tired to cut up a salad...)
But, I did bake Yummy Oatmeal-Cinnamon-Peacan Muffins...

Last night- erev rosh chodesh, was yummy red lentil and barley homemade soup, pepper steak in gravy, rice, latkes, and fruit for dessert.

I just plan on making cous cous (with vegetables) and a salad!
(anyways, it's my husband's favorite!)

Sorry, but Rosh Chodesh doen't mean an extra fancy supper,unless it falls out on Shabbos.

It's DS's b-day tonight so we're having homemade pizza, salad & b-day cake.

Rosh Chodes Kislev always meant a Shabbos seudah.

challah, fish and salad, chicken and kugel, and a dessert.

Leftover steak, mushroom sauce chicken, and kugel from shabbos. Too bad the mushroom chicken didn't turn out so well. Sad

DH isn't home for diner tonight so tom. for rosh chodesh I will make pepper steak with mashed potatoes, salad. My mom usually invites everyone for diner but she hasn't done it lately.

We are having homemade tomato soup (courtesy of The Original Heimishe Kitchen the best of volumes 1 & 2) and spaghetti bolognaise recipe courtesy of my Mum!

Ended up making Red Snapper filets baked in tomato-mushroom sautee, plain rice and a green salad. Simply perfect 8)
