Help a Newbie cook her Brisket!!!

I decided to man up and get over my fear of making Brisket.

I got a 4.9 pound 1st Cut Brisket.

any tips / recipes - step by step instructions - I want to serve it sunday night sukkos and right now its frozen.

All I know is that im petrified it will come out brown and dry and gross Sad
