DD, age 4, barely ever uses the bathroom, as far as I know is relative for her age. She goes for hours without using it. She usually goes a total of 3-4 times a day, mostly #1 and every other day or so #2. She never uses the bathroom in school, even after I spoke to the teacher about it. Should I call a doctor? Or is this not something to worry about? She's my oldest!

Does she drink enough or eat anything with water in it?
When she goes those times, does she go a lot? If these are reasonable explanations, then it should be fine, just mention it at her next well visit.
If not, maybe get her urine tested for dehydration or something.

My almost 3 year old also uses bathroom only 3 maybe 4 times a day. Dont think its a cause for concern except if you see signs of dehydration
