I wouldn't go that far, but I haven't seen too many 2 day old babies that are pretty.
As for the aromatic breeze, I'll take my reed diffuser over the landfill...

Objectively speaking, from a purely esthetic standpoint, most newborn humans are in fact about as attractive as newborn rodents--red, mottled, misshapen and not fully formed. They're only cute when they're yours or someone you love's, and only because your heart rules your head. It takes a while for them to grow into cuteness.
