My 12 year old cousin has scoliosis and just got a brace. Its not easy for her, and my aunt was interested in finding someone close to her age who went through this that she could meet and would give her chizuk.

They live in Monsey and would travel a bit to meet someone.

I dont know anyone her age with it but all I can tell you is that I have it and unfortunatly we discovered it too late when the scoliosis had already settled and I suffer tremendously from it.

I wish I was diagnosed earlier in my years and I could have worn a brace so that it would not affect my life as much as it does now. in the short run it prob sux wearing it but let me tell you she will be healthier and happy person in the long run.
