Hear about the rich and famous's (and the 'not so rich and famous' as well) obsession with cosmetic surgery? How about the mov't for elective c/sec's to avoid labor? Those are necessary?

You are right, I wasn't even thinking about cosmetic surgeries.

Who says that the person that passed away went in for elective surgery?
I don't even understand the op's question. What's the story? People pass away all the time from receiving the wrong dose of anesthesia or having a bad reaction to it. That's why anesthesiologists are the highest paid doctors. (or one of the most highly paid).
