Dh is not Israel. I am Israeli but have been living outside of Israel for a few years now.

We would like to move to Israel. We are not sure we should be making aliyah right away, though.
Do we both just get private health insurance while we are there? For DC as well?
Do any of them cover births?
If we made aliyah, would they cover birth immediately?

Also, do we pay bituach leumi while we are there? Even if we haven't made aliyah? What about if we aren't working (yet)?
