Blondies:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour
First mix brown sugar, salt and margarine. Then add eggs and vanilla and mix. Then add baking powder and flour and mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake on 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!

Mine always goes over well:
1 box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3/4 cup (one and a half sticks) of margarine, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
Choc chips
Chopped dates, optional
Bake in 9x13 pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 F (sometimes needs 30 min)
You can replace oil for the melted margarine, it's a little healthier and sometimes I feel like it comes out better too!
