How do you reward, soothe or comfort yourself when

Question How have you, personally, rewarded, soothed or comforted yourself (other than Davening) when you realize you're in a problematic situation and you have nothing more to do that can help it, and you'd rather not share it with others?

I find taking a walk really helps me. I also write in a journal - not every day, but when I'm feeling overwhelmed I find writing helps.
