I keep some sugary cereal I the house, I only eat like a handful in my yogurt.

It make not be health food, but it's better for you than cake or a donut!

Try to, usually have a coffee and 2 slices of reduced cal whole wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly

I was also going to suggest the playgroup granola bars from allrecipes.com

I make them with applesauce instead of oil, they have wheat germ in them, I use WW flour. for a mix, I usually put in craisin and choc. chips
