we've tried minimizing drinks past 5, we've tried waking at night (but that's hard for me to always get to)... I've heard bedwetting alarms are often successful...
anyone have experience with them? what brand is good but cheap?
thanx

The bedwetting alarm worked within a few days for my 8-year-old. She was not personally motivated before that, and it really is a process that requires the child's "buy in." Our insurance covers it as durable medical equipment starting at age 7, so it is a good idea to find out if you have such a benefit and how to access it. The Bedwetting Store.com is a good resource. Good luck!

Your health insurance. Call the number on your insurance card, or inquire via the company website. My own insurance carrier (Aetna) was able to provide a comprehensive document stating their guidelines and procedure to follow. You will need to use a participating provider for the best coverage, and a deductible may apply, depending on your plan. I didn't even think of all this until after making the purchase, so I accidentally used an out-of-network provider, and the whole purchase price was applied to my deductible. So find out first! Not all pharmacies participate with all insurance companies for durable medical equipment (DME). It certainly isn't going to be covered under your prescription medication benefit, which is probably what the pharmacist meant.
