mercury in a kid, need help

My son was tested for mercury. He first tested for lots of lead and I put him on a gluten free diet and the dr said it really helped. Now he is twitching his eyes and twisting his neck and the dr told me its from mercury. I have to take him off fish and tons of other stuff. I am my wits end cuz he is still on his gluten free and nightshade vegetables free diet and now this.
he is not responding to this new diet yet and he is still twitching and acting impulsively and out of hand. anyone ever dealt with this?? how long does it take??

Im sorry I dont have any answers for you! Just a question? How was your son tested for mercury? An how much did It cost? I am interested in getting my son tested as well! I also want to add that dr mercola talks about mercury and how to get rid of it. Check out his website. www.mercola.com he talks about the wild salmon and sardines and herring are ok to eat!
