Tuition for half-day nursery program: around $400/mo.
Tuition for full-day kindergarten and elementary: around $1,000/mo., transportation is extra.
All figures in Canadian dollars.
We're managing so far, but when all 3 are in full-time we may ask for a reduction.

Last year we went into credit card debt just to pay on time!
I just started a part time job to pay dd'd playgroup.

You mean making Aliyah will be better $ wise? I know spiritually we will be better But monetarily my DH who does not know hebrew (neither do I) will not have any work = no money so what happens in that situation.
Also if your child has any problems I.e. early intervention it would be a big problem in Israel.
Great idea in theory.

I send my children to chassidish schools and I pay a lot less than my friend whose daughter is in a school in Flatbush.

Those that pay under $300.00 tuition in Bklyn, just wondering which schools your children go to.
Ambassador to KJ, your children travel to MOnsey every day?? How far of a trip is it for them?
