im looking for a very good pediatrician in Passaic? anyone in passaic use someone they are very happy with? could u tell me why u like them?

many passaic people go to teaneck and use dr. schuss (teaneck pediatrics). myself included

I use Dr Buchalter at tenafly ped in Clifton and hes amazing there are other drs in the practice too http://www.tenaflypediatrics.com/

Agree with previous, I've been VERY happy with tenafly, you just find a pediatrician you like among them. Their nurses are great, office staff nice, everything runs smoothly, office clean and cheerful highly recommendthem!!!!

Another vote for Tenafly (Clifton office). I've been using them for a year, seen 3 different doctors, and like them all.

Many people are happy with Dr. Samet, and he is in Passaic.

Dr. Barry Prystowsky takes NJ Care. He is very special. He is chilled and yet experienced.

Tenafly does accept NJ Family Care (amerigroup) - but only if you are an existing patient.
So go once - and pay and then you are an existing patient!

Although I did not verify this, I was told that to become an "existing patient" at Tenafly you would have to pay out of pocket for a year. I use Teaneck Pediatrics (Dr. Schuss) , they accept NJ Care (Amerigroup). Doctors are extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I am able to get appointments easily and wait time is very short. It is about 20 minutes away, but well worth the trip!

As I BH have private insurance from dh's work I don't know the logistics of NJ care. I do go to Maple Ave Pediatrics in Fairlawn and they are phenomenal. I have tried many pediatricians over the course of many years, and this is by far the group I am very impressed with. 201-797-1900.
