Wondering if its norm that DD has greenish or light brown discharge in her panties. Is it from not bathing her nightly? Not wiping properly? An infection?

Could be an infection, which could well be from wiping improperly, e.g. back to front after a bowel movement.

Take it from somebody with experience: cut down on her sugar. Give her baths and pour baking soda into the bathwater and this condition should disappear (in conjunction with sugar withdrawal).
Good luck.
