We bought a lighting fixture from this site to save money, and the instructions were terrible. I called them on three occasions for more instructions, and they sent me a picture, but still no decent instructions.

They may not have anything else. Maybe, if what Dr. Mom suggested doesn't work, post the directions here and one of us may be able to help?

Op here.
They finally sent me a photograph of the actual chandelier. I don't why it wasn't included in the original box.
From the photograph, it is easier to put together the crystals to see where they go. From the diagram, it was nearly impossible.
Thanks for the tips.
