pesto sauce is always yum. if you don't have the patience to go the whole 9 yards, you can just defrost some frozen basil cubes and 1 or 2 garlic cubes, mix with some olive oil and salt.

I do it all the time. U have to drain some water off when it defrosts, and use quite a few cubes, but I do it all the time. Just try to get the bright green cubes, not the dark ones. Easier than buying basil and using a food processor.

This is delicious hot or cold. I sprinkle some red pepper flakes instead of the chili paste. I also use spaghetti. If I use crunchy pb I omit the peanuts.
