So its assur right?
But is it like milk/ meat in terms of treifing up foods?
Erev shabbos I cleaned chicken in my sink so my sink was definetly dirty from fleishigs then I poured the water from the gefilte fish out of the pot into this sink and the carrot slid out into the sink.
Is the carrot now assur?

You're not supposed to eat them together.
Eat fish first. Take a quick sip of liquid. Continue with meat.
No need to wait.
You don't need separate dishes for fish and meat. No treifing up issues.
Your sink and drain are fine.
The carrot on the other hand is contaminated from raw chicken. Don't eat it as it's a health hazard. Nothing to do with treifus.
