Does anyone have the recipe that was in either whisk or mishpacha ff a while ago for a standing rib roast with 20 cloves of garlic? It had white horseradish & the 20 cloves of garlic, & I can't remember what else. It was a great recipe & I can't find it. TIA!

Yup I actually did. Funny enough, I remembered that I posted it on a different thread & got it from there. Here it is:
1/2 C prepared white horseradish
20 frozen garlic cubes
1/4 c olive oil
Greshly ground pepper (I put a lot but you can put what you like).
Mix all & smear on roast. Bake bone side down 25 min on 425 & then on 350 until it's done the way you like it (I use a meat thermometer)

Yes, uncovered. And when you rewarm don't leave it in the oven long - its fine not so hot and it will get well done if you leave it in too long.
