I live in Brooklyn and looking to move to monsey. We would like to rent a house with 3-4 bedrooms, yard, and a basement... does anyone know if its possible to find that for not more than 2100 a month? It doesnt have to be in main monsey. New hempstead or an up and coming neighborhood is preferable... We have two school age kids.
I just want to know if I'm way off base for thinking I can find something like this... so if you live in monsey and know about houses for rent please chime in.

Sorry, you are way off base. It's more like $2,700 minimum!! That's "if" you can find a decent house for rent here that's less than $3,000.
