Chocolate Peanut Butter Blintz Filling
or no bake cheese cake

8oz cream cheese
1 Tuv Ta'am/farmer's cheese
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
½ a small Israeli bar of butter (which I think is about 1/4 of an American bar, about 50 grams or 2oz)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup/container heavy cream
1 cup peanut butter (chunky adds nice texture)
1 milk chocolate bar grated

cream cheeses, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, peanut butter
add grated chocolate

fill blintz leaves and/or graham cracker pie shell

recipe makes enough to fill ~2 dozen blintzes or two pie shells
