Do they sell that here? Also, what about whole wheat pastry flour? All I see is reg white flour, 70%, 80% and 100% whole wheat flour...

Isn't 70% the same as white ww flour? It's not 70% ww mixed with 30% white flour, rather 30% of the bran has been sifted out so it's a whiter lighter ww flour

I think so. Try the bottom shelf with the rest of the expensive specialty flours.
