We are IY"H making Aliyah this summer & I am trying to get some shopping done b4 I go (especially things that will be cheaper/ easier to find here). I realized that I do not on a raincoat. Here I seem to manage getting to & from car, etc. with just an umbrella & maybe a jacket but I will not have a car there & will not be able to avoid going out in the rain.
I am looking for a long raincoat with a hood in size 34 (or larger). Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!!!

I'm not sure where you live but I also recently needed a plus size rain coat and found a nice one in macys. The company is jones new york, which usually carry bigger sizes and nice designs. I've gotten many compliments on it so far. I know the macys in kings plaza in brooklyn has a selection of plus size but I'm sure the larger stores like in manhattan have more.
Good luck.

Are you sure that a 32 won't fit you? Coats are often cut large.
Where do you usually shop?

I usually shop there but the only long one they have no longer has the largset sizes (or maybe it never did). I know that their 32 will not close properly, especially over a sweater. They do have some shorter ones available but I think long makes so much more sense

This one comes in size 34 in black, or beige, if u have no other option, u can get this, and get seamstress to attach a hood from a different rain jacket or poncho. Good luck!

These are great but I really think long is going to be more practical for me.
If I don't find long I'll probably end up with one of these.
