We used to make a masking tape belt by going around the diaper 4 times for my daughter. Shabbat was hard because she wold keep taking her diaper off and we could not tape it on.

It could be worse. I have a friend with triplets. She would use duck tape on the diapers, and do the backwards pajamas, and even the safety pins as well. The problem was that the kids would all undo each other's outfits, and then the three of them would have a big finger painting party all over the walls! shock
