Plum tomatoes

I have a bunch of plum tomatoes from my garden and more to come. We don't really like tomatoes! Is my only option to make them into a tomato sauce (we don't eat much pasta, so that might be a waste too)?

Is there something I can do with them to freeze or can? Like a spicy dip? I also have a lot of jalapenos I need to use.
