I'm up to level 437 and never spent a penny on the game. It's definitely possible!

you name it and I'm probably playing it. my 2 year old points at the icons and I play it for him. I distract him for 15 minutes after reflux meds till he is allowed food like that. we had a candy crush obsession where he would attempt it on the iphone too, lately its Pet Rescue, that Wiches one with bubbles, the hot air balloon with bubbles and Papa Fiesta

That's on phones and tablets. On PC it goes up to 470 I think.
