I defrosted a bottle of whipped topping a few weeks ago. It is still sitting in the fridge as I didn't get to do the recipe I planned on. Can I still try to use it? How long before it goes bad?

The bottle usually will say how long it could last in the fridge. I think some say 3 weeks (unless I'm confusing it with coffee creamer).

I used mine one week after opening, kept in fridge, it was absolutely fine.

Depends on your fridge. Mine keeps a looooooooooooooong time!
