Seriously though, could you imagine a woman having to take out and clean all of those holes for the mikvah every month? 
And you thought YOUR prep was taking forever!

Not even just monthly mikvah preparation -- how do they wash their faces on a daily basis?
I imagine they don't sleep with all those sharp metal objects sticking out of their faces. They must look like big empty pincushions in the evenings. Not cool.
What do they do if they are caught in a lightning storm?
Do they set off metal detectors in stores and airports?

Greenie, I thought you had the nose ring, not the eyebrow piercing. Or are both of them you?
Its a matter of taste. I used to hate nose piercings. They've grown on me. Other people hate them. Each to her own, I suppose.
But I'll only say this once. If anyone here has a labial piercing, please issue a BIG warning before posting; I don't want to see it. |
When I was in marching band in college a girl got one the day before bowl game tryouts. Stoo-pid. Oh, and she freely showed it to everyone.

Don't you laugh. Years ago, I read an interview with a musician who had all kinds of weird facial piercings, but no tattoos. He explained that his grandfather told him that you couldn't be buried in a Jewish cemetery if you had tattoos, and it would absolutely destroy him if he couldn't be buried next to his grandfather someday.

Photoshop. Its not real. | Yeah. Doing that to a baby for real would be child abuse, IMO. Tattooing hurts, and that gross nose ring can't be comfortable either.

I told dd she'll never get married if she gets one of those - she said all her married friends have them | Nah, I know quite a few MO/DL singles, in Israel who have the nose ring you posted above and they got married. Have no fear. Somewhere out there is a guy for her who will love the nose ring look
