I currently only use regular white flour and I would like to start using a bit of whole wheat.
We dont like the taste of whole whet challah/ baked good so I dont want to make a total switch.
If the recipe calls for 5 cups of flour, for example, how different will it taste if I used 2 cups WW and 3 cups regular?

Try it until you find your personal comfort level. People come in all levels of picky... but can usually get used to almost anything, gradually
