I am hosting a chanuka party and wanted to know if there is any way to make latkes in advance and re-heat them and they still be yummy and crisp???
TIA

Undercook them a bit, then finish cooking in the oven. If they're very greasy just heat as is; if they're not greasy, brush with a very light coating of oil before baking.

Yes but here are tips for best reheating.
1) do not use a small amount of oil when you initially cook them. Best latkas have a crispy light texture. If your latkas aren't floating you haven't used enough oil
2) reheat at a relatively high temperature for a short time. Do not pack tightly when reheating.
3) you must fully cook the latkas or they will go brown
