2014 Torah Home Education Conference Planning Meeting

Chag Urim Sameach/A Freilichin Chanukah everyone!

I hope your Chanukah has been filled with light and joy. Interesting things have been afoot in the Aldrich household and we've been very busy. But, this year's Torah Home Education conference is calling to me!

We have had a lot of new families join the Jewish homeschooling world since last year's conference and I think that there is a need for a yearly get together in real life to learn about homeschooling, see and touch educational materials and know that you are not the only one out there doing something a little different than the average person. I want to know what you want to see happen and make it a reality.

Therefore I am calling a conference call for anyone interested in talking about the conference (its logistics, its location, speakers, vendors, etc) and volunteering to be a part of the conference planning. You don't have to be a "real" homeschooler, or a veteran to volunteer your time or knowledge.

The conference call will be Wednesday, December 11 at 9pm EST. The conference call number you can call to access the meeting is 1-712-432-3066 and the conference code to enter after you have placed the call is 788809. From there you can mute/unmute your line until you are ready to speak with 4* and let me know you want to talk by inputting 5* when muted.

Please make time for this call if you are at all interested in a conference in 2014, even if you can't personally come. I will send out a agenda the day of the call. Please direct any questions to torahhomeed@gmail.com with "Conference Call" in the subject line.
