I am looking for a recipe that includes meat but not potatoes, beans, rice or barley.
Sweet potatoes and other vegetables are fine. Quinoa is fine, buckwheat and other grains might work too.
Anyone have any experience making something tasty that meets this criteria?
Tia.

Here is my "recipe" for the croc pot:
beef shank meat (it doesn't dry out, and I put it in whole)
cubed butternut squash
onions
garlic
lots of smoked paprika
lots of onion powder
lots of garlic powder
salt & pepper
If you do it this way it will be on the soupy side. If you want more of a cholenty texture, you could try adding a grain that your diet allows. Quinoa would probably work fine!
