Addendum: I read your message again that you have no elevator, no kenisah parking, and will be using stairs every time you leave the house
You don't want to hear this, OP, but every stroller with a high reversible seat will be very, very heavy for your lifestyle. The big baskets will be irrelevant if you have to shlep everything manually up the stairs to your apartment.
Whatever you end up getting, expect that you will also have a cheap and light umbrella stroller that will actually get more use than the big fancy stroller that you love.
