There was an issue of Binah a while back that had a Relish section that was all about cinnamon. I made the lukshen kugel recipe and it was delicious. Thought I saved the recipe but now I can't find it! Does anyone know what I'm talking about by any chance ? It was made with wide noodles and there was a cinnamon crumb topping made with cornflake crumbs I think (there was also cinnamon in the kugel itself).
