Has anyone discovered a really good recipe for this? Random craving it and I've had it once before and it was INCREDIBLE! But this was many moons ago and I don't remember where we had it.

ICE CREAM:
16 oz dessert whip
6 egg yolks
3/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup coffee whitener
1/4 cup maple syrup (note: not pancake syrup)
2 vanilla sugar
NUT FILLING:
3 1/2 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted over double broiler
4 bars peanut brittle, crushed (I buy the peanut brittle crunch and just pour some in-don't know how much)
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
beat whips on high speed until peaks form
add yolks, one at a time
slowly add remaining ingredients and mix
combine melted chocolate & peanut brittle, by hand
add 1/4 cup confectioners sugar so that it becomes crumbly
add brittle-choc mixture to the ice cream
freeze
