Nanny/housekeeper in brooklyn

Hi. I live in Boro Park and am desperate for a reliable and hardworking housekeeper/nanny. I work and have twin babies that I leave at home and need an extra pair of hands evening hours. (I have seven kids kah) I have been using Jamaican nannies from agencies and find them lazy and need a change. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
