I prepared way too much chicken cutlets, they are egged and breaded. What's the best way to freeze them, raw or should I bake them first?

Raw is better like that it's fresh next time.

Definitely raw. Cooked chicken gets a gross texture when it's frozen.

I freeze raw too. So much better that way!

Raw is your first option but you can freeze them fried too as long as its covered well.

another vote for raw first ... they'll be as good as new
but if you want less frying mess - do it all now & just reheat in a disposable pan

I always do raw. It doesn't taste like freezer food when you make it, tastes fresh.

Freeze raw. And then defrost and fry when needed it. I did it. Came out great. Very convenient.

Raw might be a better option but if I have the time I would fry it first (esp if I won't have the time when I'll need it) and freeze it and then when I take it out of the freezer and warm it up in the oven, it's delicious and crispy, better than freshly done! Try it, you'll see for yourself.
