does anyone know of a white whole wheat bread recipe using 5 pounds of flour?
I made a recipe from the Binah magazine with whole wheat bread, and it was OK, but then I made white whole wheat bread with a bread machine and the consistency was so much better, so I was thinking if anyone has a recipe that they know is good that uses enough flour that I can take challah on...that would be great.
also, is there a difference between a bread machine bread recipe and a regular bread recipe? can I make the bread machine recipe in the bosch and bake it in the oven, or is there something special with a bread machine?
