I don't know if this exists, but I need unlimited everything for under $70 a month and a free phone. Oh, and of course good reception. Any advice please? I'm broke but I need such a phone because of my business. TIA

Where are you? Different countries and even regions in the same country can have different providers and plans. Also, reception really depends on where you live. For example, I have GREAT great coverage where I live and work, but when I was elsewhere last week I had 0 coverage where people on other providers did.
Are you looking just for yourself, or for a family plan?
If you're willing to buy a phone (you can get great deals on used last years' models) then you can get super-cheap prepaid plans from T-Mobile in the US. However, their coverage in some areas are terrible (see previous paragraph).

your cant get all that with a plan. but you can get page plus for $40 unlimited talk and text and 500 mb of data or the same with simple mobile. but you have to buy your own phone.
