I've tried making the rosemary and olive focaccia bread in Kosher by Design. It was delicious, but my olives (and maybe the rosemary too, I can't remember) fell off. It looks much nicer if they stay on! Any ideas???

Brush with olive oil and then press your fingertips over the surface of the bread. Then sprinkle on your stuff. That should help.
