Why does shwarma give me a stomacheache after every time I eat it? My stomache kills a few hours after but I always forget and buy it again. But what is the mystery? What is different about it than any other peice of chicken?

I ate it once and never again. I cant tolerate it either. They sell a shwarma spice and I have no problem using that. I wonder how safe real shwarma is.

No one is forcing you to eat it.

Are you sure that what you are eating is chicken?
AFAIK real shwarma is lamb.
Sometimes you'll get turkey shwarma which has been basted with lamb fat to give it an authentic taste.
I can't tolerate lamb, not even the smell, much less the fat.
I do use shwarma spice in my cooking though.
BTW in Israel there have been scandals in the past in regard to the origins of the meat that they sell as shwarma. It is easy to stick something on a spit and call it shwarma....
