We don't live near a good kosher store, and I had been buying hard cheese every time I visit my parents and shlepping it back. However, I discovered a great source of mail-order, cholov-yisroel star-K cheese, and we tried it and loved the mozzarella which was even a reasonable price. I have no connection whatsoever to the company, just tried it last month and loved it:

Make sure you click on the correct tab because they also have nonkosher cheese (as well as non cholov-yisroel cheese which I would be ok with, but they were out of stock).
What they don't have, and what I would love to have a source for if people have: American slices, preferably individually wrapped.

I couldn't find any place where it said how much cheese was in the package for the KLP ones. Do you happen to know?

When I ordered the mozzarella, there was an option to pick either 1lb or 5lb at the "add to cart" stage.
